Golden State Steel and Stair, Inc. takes the safety and health of our workers very seriously. Our safety and health program is designed to reduce the number of injuries and illness to a minimum. Our goal is zero accidents, injuries and illnesses.

Our company safety standards include:

	Full compliance with State and Federal OSHA regulations.
	Full complaince and cooperation of all employees with safety and health rules as a condition of employment.
	Regularly conducted, mandatory safety meetings to provide education and training on safety and health matters.
	Regularly conducted safety and health inspections to identify and eliminate unsafe working conditions and/or practices.
	Thorough investigation of every accident to detec the causes and to correct the problem so that it will not happen again.
	Monthly employee incentives to maintain an accident-free environment.
	Golden State Steel & Stair has maintained compliance with SB-198 since the first day of operation.
